LIABILITY WAIVERS:

 

EquiFox Horse Sports @ Simpson's Equine Activities insurance policy requires that we have a waiver completed for anyone who may come into contact with the horses/ponies.  This includes parents, siblings, grandparents, friends, etc.

 

Children under the age of 5 years old are not permitted to be in the barn areas or to have any contact with the horses/ponies.

 

Click here for the SEA Waiver.  First page is for Over the Age of Majority (18 and up) and the second page is for Under the Age of Majority (17 and under).

 

Please note also that dogs are not allowed in the barn and/or lesson areas.  Smoking is prohibited on the whole property.
